Mr. Driscoll’s career in healthcare includes both operations and finance. Mr. Driscoll was the President & Chief Operating Officer of SunScript Pharmacy for 7 years, and was a Senior Vice President of Operations for a large publicly traded; national, long-term care pharmacy. Other senior positions he has held include President & COO of a large regional homecare and hospice company, and the Executive VP & CFO for a division of a publicly traded pharmacy mail-order and PBM. Most recently, he was the Managing Director of a double bottom line venture capital fund.
Mr. Driscoll has a BA in Finance from the Robert O. Anderson School of Business at the University of New Mexico. He is a CPA and was a manager in KPMG’s healthcare practice. He currently serves on the board of directors for a retail pharmacy chain on the west coast and has served as a board member for two other companies. |
Larry Kososki, Senior Vice President - Pharmacy Operations
 | Mr. Kososki is a veteran health care industry executive with over 20 years experience in the institutional and specialty pharmacy industry. He has held senior leadership positions in the Long Term Care Pharmacy industry for over twelve years including Chief Operating Officer for two regional organizations and Senior Vice President for a national provider. Mr. Kososki has also served as Divisional Vice President of Infusion Services for Apria Healthcare, leading that company’s national home specialty infusion division, and most recently as President of Innova Pharmacy, specializing in behavioral health. Mr. Kososki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Connecticut as well as Master’s degree from American International College. He is a Registered Pharmacist and has served on the Board of directors of two pharmacy services companies. |
Bill Grbcich, Director of Operations - OrionRx Ohio
 | Mr. Grbcich’s pharmacy career began as a hospital pharmacist in 1987 in St. Louis, MO. He was a member of the hospital’s nutritional support team which consisted of a critical care physician, a dietician, and a pharmacist. The team was responsible for parenteral and enteral nutrition ordering and monitoring throughout the hospital. Mr. Grbcich’s career in long-term care pharmacy began in 1991 as a staff/consultant pharmacist at Medisave Pharmacy and moved into the assistant manager, then manager role. In 1998 he opened a pharmacy for SunScript in St. Louis and served as its director. The pharmacy serviced 2500 beds throughout Missouri and Illinois. After SunScript sale to Omnicare, Bill started another pharmacy for NHC Healthcare where he was the director for over six years servicing 1300 beds throughout Missouri. |
Christine Dreher, Lead Consultant

Christine Dreher is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy. She has practiced in a wide variety of settings including Hospital and Long-term care. She is an active member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists and currently is President of the Ohio Chapter. She is certified in Medication Therapy Management and especially enjoys working with the elderly. Christine is a dedicated mother and enjoys attending her children's activities. Christine has been a resident of Tuscarawas County for over 20 years and currently resides in Dover.

TENNESSEE TEAMWayne Smith, Founder Tri-Med Pharmacy

Mr. Smith began his career in retail pharmacy as an owner of a Medicine Shoppe for almost 20 years. He moved his career into Long Term Care Pharmacy in 1991 as manager of Pinnacle Pharmacy of Nashville, Tn. He opened Tri-med Pharmacy in January 1996 with one employee and one customer.Today Tri- med services facilities from Memphis to Kingsport with over 5000 residents and employs almost 100 people. During this growth period, he was responsible for all aspects of Business Operations including management and sales and marketing.
Mr. Smith received his B.S. in Chemistry from Middle Tennessee State University and a DPh. in Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee. He has been a practicing pharmacist in Tennessee for 40 years. In addition to opening four pharmacies in Tennessee, he also opened two pharmacies in Kentucky and a LTC Pharmacy in Houston, Texas.

Robert G. Sidwell, DPh, FASCP, Lead Consultant Pharmacist

Dr. Sidwell’s Clinical Consulting and Pharmacy Management career spans over Forty Years of involvement with Assisted Living , Correctional , Drug Rehabilitation, Hospice, Homecare, Mental Health and Long Term Care Facilities. He has been the President and C.E.O. of Alpha Nuclear Pharmacy, HomeCare Medical Systems Inc., Medical Mall Pharmacy, Inc. and Volunteer Surgical Supply. Those companies specialized in Nuclear Pharmacy, Clinical Enteral & Intravenous Therapies (T.P.N. & I.D.P.N.), Disease Management Programs, Retail Pharmacy, Durable Medical Equipment, Home Oxygen and Wound Care Therapies.
Dr. Sidwell is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy. He also holds a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from Tennessee Technological University. A Nuclear Pharmacist graduate Certification from Perdue University College of Pharmacy. Graduate studies in Chemistry and Physics at Middle Tennessee State University. Pharmacist’s Certifications in Asthma, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Pharmacy Compounding (PCCA), Clinical Intravenous Therapies and Medication Therapy Management.
Dr. Sidwell has been a member of numerous Pharmaceutical Company’s speaking bureaus with presentations to Pharmacist, Nurses and Physician groups and organizations.

Bruce Dann, Director of Operations- Hendersonville

Mr. Dann has over 28 years experience in the long term care pharmacy industry. His career began in 1981 as an Internal Auditor completing operational and financial audits. In 1984 he joined Medisave Pharmacies as Regional Controller of Accounting and Business Operations. Mr. Dann later served as Controller of Field Accounting for all 38 Medisave locations and was actively involved in the start up of several MediLife Pharmacies, which was a joint venture between Medisave Pharmacy and LifeCare Centers of America.
In 1996 Mr. Dann joined SunScript Pharmacy and assisted with the establishment of a software conversion team as well as performed pharmacy operational reviews. From the period of 2002-2011, Bruce was the Business Operations Manager for SeniorCare Pharmacy, a long term care pharmacy in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Dann has a BS in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

MEMPHIS TNJason A. Gebke, Director of Pharmacy - Memphis

Mr. Gebke’s career in healthcare began at St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 1994. He worked at St. Louis Children’s Hospital and Incarnate Word Hospital as a pharmacy student. Upon graduation in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy he began work in the St. Louis East market for Walgreen’s Pharmacy, working first as a floating pharmacist then as a staff midnight pharmacist at a 24 hour store. He then was offered and accepted management opportunities in the Memphis market. In the Memphis North market as a Pharmacist in Charge, he rehabilitated a struggling store in Collierville, opened a brand new store near the University of Memphis, and then managed one of the busiest non-24 hour stores in the Memphis Area.
Mr. Gebke’s career in Long-Term care began with NCS Healthcare as an extern pharmacy student right before graduating and again with NCS Healthcare as a pharmacist when the opportunity arose. He worked as a staff pharmacist and computer verification pharmacist before being recruited in 2007 to be Director for Tri-Med pharmacy in Memphis.
